Q — I am selling my home, what do I need to do?

When you sell your home there are a few things you need to know about your rental equipment. First and foremost you have obligations to make the monthly payments unless you notify us and make the appropriate arrangements.
You can select one of the following options:

a) if the purchaser of your home agrees, you can transfer the rental contract to them at the same monthly payment; or
|
|
|
b) you can elect to buy-out the equipment; or
|
|
|
c) the purchaser may also elect to buy-out the equipment
|
|
|
Please have your lawyer notify us of the sale of your home and which option above you prefer. Lawyers please go to Legal Department, to update the information.

Q — I would like to buy-out my Rental Agreement.

You have the option to purchase the rental equipment in your home at any time. We offer a competitive buy-out price for the equipment and remaining equipment warranty coverage. Please contact us for your buy-out quote.
